Configuration & Account Information

EJVPN SUPPORT MANUAL

Help Center

Common questions are organized by account, connection, routes, and billing. Start with the basic checks for your symptoms, then submit a ticket through the user panel.

ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION

Account & Subscription

Account creation, client downloads, and subscription configuration are all managed through the user panel. Subscription details let the client load route configurations and should be protected like account credentials.

What do I need to create an EJVPN account?

No email address is required. Set a username and password to create your account. Use a username reserved for this service and a strong password, and store your login details securely. After creating your account, you can view plans, get clients, and manage your subscription from the user panel. Subscription details are account credentials and should not be shared in public groups, forums, or screenshots.

How do I update my subscription link?

Open your subscription details in the user panel. In the client, find the option to update the subscription or refresh the configuration, then select a route and connect again. If the client still shows outdated content, disconnect first, delete the old subscription configuration, and import it again from the panel. Do not edit the subscription link manually or paste it into an unknown conversion website.

Do I need to buy another plan when switching devices?

No. EJVPN does not limit the number of devices. One account can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux devices. On the new device, sign in to the user panel, get the appropriate client, and import the subscription from your account. When you stop using an old device, delete its local subscription configuration so account details are not left on a device that is sold, transferred, or sent for repair.

Where can I get the client and subscription details?

Get the client and subscription details from the user panel. After signing in, open the download area, choose the Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux option, and follow the panel instructions to import the subscription. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or public subscription addresses. If you do not have an active plan yet, you can review the available plans in the panel first.

CONNECTION DIAGNOSIS

Connections & Issues

Connection issues usually come from the local network, client status, split-routing rules, or an outdated subscription configuration. Troubleshoot them one area at a time based on the scope of the problem; this is often more effective than repeatedly reinstalling the client.

Why is a particular app not using the proxy?

A common cause is that the client is in rule-based or split-routing mode, while the target app's domain does not match the active rules. Confirm that the client is connected, then temporarily switch to global mode for testing. If the app works in global mode, the issue is likely with the split-routing rules. Update the subscription and rules, reconnect, and check whether the system is preventing the client from maintaining a network connection in the background.

What should I do if importing the subscription fails or shows a format error?

First, confirm that you copied the complete subscription content provided by the user panel, with no extra spaces, line breaks, or missing characters at either end. Check that the client matches your current platform, then try importing from the clipboard or via a link using the client's built-in options. If the import still fails, delete the unsuccessful configuration and get the subscription from the panel again instead of repeatedly using an old link from your browser history.

The client says it is connected, but webpages will not open. What should I do?

Disconnect the client first and confirm that your local network can open regular webpages. Then reconnect and switch routes. If only the browser is affected, close and reopen it, or check whether another browser proxy extension conflicts with the system proxy. If no apps can access the network, quit and restart the client, update the subscription, and test different routes.

How should I troubleshoot frequent connection drops?

First, determine whether the drops occur only on the current network. Connect to the same route on another available network to distinguish local instability from a route issue. Then update the subscription, switch routes, and disable battery-saving or background restrictions that could pause the client. If the issue continues, include the platform, client, route, and symptoms when submitting a ticket to help identify the cause.

ROUTES & PERFORMANCE

Speed & Routes

EJVPN covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes. Your experience depends on your local carrier, destination, time of use, and route distance, so choose based on your current use case.

How can I deal with slowdowns during peak evening hours?

Cross-border links are more likely to experience congestion during peak evening hours. Pause large file transfers and background updates, then test a route that is geographically closer. Do not judge speed by the route name alone; use actual loading performance on your current network. Updating the subscription and reconnecting can also prevent continued use of an old configuration that has been adjusted or changed.

How do I choose the right route?

For everyday browsing and work, prioritize routes that are nearby and stable. For services with regional requirements, choose an exit location that matches the target region. Consider your local carrier, destination, and time of use, since the same route may perform differently on different networks. If you encounter problems, test several regions in succession instead of repeatedly reconnecting to the same route.

What should I do if video quality drops or buffering is frequent?

Streaming services adjust video quality automatically based on sustained available bandwidth, so a brief speed boost does not guarantee stable long-form playback. Pause background downloads and cloud sync, switch to a route in the service's target region, then fully close and reopen the playback page. If only specific content is affected, check whether it is available in the selected region and whether the account's region settings match.

What should I do if an AI tool stops responding or keeps loading?

AI websites and developer tools often rely on persistent connections, and frequently changing exit locations during a session can interrupt it. Choose a stable route first, open the target tool after connecting, and keep the exit location unchanged while using it. If the page keeps loading, end the current session, clear the site's cache, and sign in again. For developer tools, also check that the terminal and IDE use the same network configuration.

BILLING & REFUNDS

Billing & Refunds

Before choosing a plan, distinguish monthly subscriptions that reset each month from traffic packs that never expire. Payments, upgrades, and refund requests are handled through the user panel.

What monthly plans are available?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Consider your usual video streaming, file transfers, and multi-device use rather than looking only at one-time connection speed. Every plan includes access to 120+ countries / 250+ routes, with no device limit.

What is the difference between traffic packs and monthly plans?

Traffic packs include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly-plan traffic resets each month on the activation date. Compare monthly plans if you use the service consistently every month; consider a traffic pack if usage is occasional or you prefer to control consumption yourself. The traffic rules differ, so confirm them before choosing.

How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?

When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Check the settlement page in the user panel for the exact result. Before submitting, verify the current plan, target plan, and settlement details again. EJVPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT; the available payment options are shown on the settlement page. Do not pay through unfamiliar payment details provided outside the page.

How do I request a refund?

EJVPN offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, select a billing- or refund-related category, and provide the relevant order details and explanation. You may keep necessary screenshots showing connection issues or payment status, but remove subscription links, passwords, and other account credentials before sharing them.
