EJVPN Quick Start

Start by opening the registration page in the EJVPN user panel. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. Use a username you can remember for future panel access, and a password that protects your plans, orders, and subscription details without reusing credentials from another service. Submit the form to enter the account area. If the browser remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just created.

After creating the account, confirm that the upper-right corner or account area shows you are signed in before continuing to purchase. Avoid creating accounts repeatedly in multiple browser tabs: an order can end up under one account while you search for its subscription in another. Complete all later actions in the same account, including choosing a plan, checking orders, copying the subscription, and submitting support tickets.

Account credentials and the subscription link serve different purposes: the username and password access the user panel, while the subscription link lets the client retrieve server configurations. Both should be kept only by the account holder. At this stage, there is no need to look for a public download address or configure a protocol in advance. Continue directly to the plans page.

On the plans page, first decide whether you need ongoing or occasional access. Monthly subscriptions reset their data allowance each month on the activation date. Current options include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. If keeping data available long term matters more, you can also review data packages that remain available until used and never expire. All plans support unlimited device count, but each subscription should still be kept by the account holder.

After selecting a plan, the order page shows the applicable price and payment options. EJVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before paying, double-check the plan name, data allowance, and order total. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. If you are unsure about your usage, choose the closest tier based on your usual browsing frequency and adjust it later in the user panel.

Do not create a duplicate order after payment. Return to the account overview or orders area and check the status first. Once the page confirms that the plan is active, continue to the subscription step. If payment is complete but the status has not updated, refresh the order page later. If it remains unchanged, submit the order details through the user panel support ticket entry so the support team can review them. There is no need to study server types during first-time setup; an active plan is the only requirement for moving on.

Once the plan is active, open the account overview and locate the subscription details section. The panel provides an entry for importing the subscription into a client. Usually, you can copy the subscription link directly or continue with options for a specific client type. Before copying, confirm that the plan is still active and that the remaining data is displayed normally. Without an active plan, a client cannot retrieve usable configurations even if it has saved the address. Return to the orders page and resolve the plan status first.

A subscription link is a personal credential, not a public download address. Do not post it on public websites, in group chats, or in screenshots. Use the copy button provided by the panel to avoid missing characters when selecting text manually. To illustrate the format, this page uses an obviously fictitious value such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; it cannot connect and does not represent EJVPN’s actual subscription domain. In practice, copy only the content generated in your own account overview.

If the browser confirms that the link was copied, switch to the client and import it. If there is no confirmation, click the copy button again, then temporarily paste the link into a local text editor to check that the beginning and end are intact; delete it promptly afterward. Do not alter any characters in the link or add spaces or line breaks. Keep the user panel open for now, as you may need to return and copy the link again or open the download entry after importing it into the client.

The client reads the subscription and displays the server list. Use the download area in the EJVPN user panel to get a client provided by this site, or follow the entry for your platform. Do not look for a static installer in this guide. Install the client first, then import the subscription. The workflow is similar across platforms: open configuration management, choose Add Subscription, paste the copied address, save it, and run an update once.

The result should be the same on all four platforms: the client displays selectable servers, and the subscription update completes without an error. Different interface names do not change how you verify success. Once the server list appears, choose a server in a suitable region relative to the target service, then turn on the connection in the client. The system status bar, menu bar, or client home screen usually shows the connected state. Do not change several advanced settings at once. Keep the default mode and test access to a target service that requires an international network environment. If the page loads normally and login and content requests continue to complete, the basic configuration is working.

If a page opens but some content keeps loading, disconnect first, choose another server in the same region, and connect again. Reopen the target page after switching servers so an old connection or cache does not affect the result. If the target service requires a specific region, choose a matching server. For general browsing, start with a nearby server to reduce the length of the international route.

During verification, check account status, subscription updates, and the server connection separately. An active plan in the account overview confirms that the purchase step is working. A client that updates successfully and displays servers confirms that subscription import is working. A connection established after selecting a server confirms that the client configuration is complete. Checking these layers in order usually identifies the problem quickly without repeated reinstalls.

If you still cannot connect after changing servers, updating the subscription again, and restarting the client, open the Help Center and continue with the “Connection and Troubleshooting” category. When submitting a ticket, include the platform, the error shown in the client, the server regions you tried, and the stage at which the problem occurred. Do not expose the complete subscription address in ticket screenshots.
