Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EJVPN handles data related to accounts, orders, and service operations while providing subscription services, international routes, and site features.

Last updated: August 2026

Data We Collect and Why

EJVPN handles data only as needed to provide services, protect account security, complete orders, and improve site functions. No email address is required to create an account; users can create one with a username and password. Account data mainly includes the username, a secure password digest, plan status, summarized traffic usage, order records, and security events related to account actions.

When visiting EJVPN marketing pages or the user panel, the system may process browser type, device category, referring page, pages visited, approximate region, network address, and error information. This data supports basic usage statistics, compatibility checks, abnormal request detection, and page improvements; it is not used to build personal browsing preference profiles. Information users voluntarily submit through tickets is used only to handle the relevant request and maintain related service records.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

EJVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain web content, communications, downloads, or destination address records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not maintain a long-term connection between an account and specific browsing behavior.

To calculate traffic usage, manage routes, and troubleshoot faults, the system processes account-level traffic totals, plan status, and necessary operational information. These summaries do not include specific access content. Temporary operational data generated during a connection is used to maintain the current service and identify technical faults; it is not retained long term as a record of user activity. When targeted troubleshooting is needed, diagnostics must be initiated by the user, and related information is closed and cleared after the issue is handled.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security markers, and feature preferences. These storage mechanisms maintain sessions, reduce repeated actions, and keep the user panel working properly. If some necessary storage is disabled, login, plan management, or client downloads may not work correctly.

Usage statistics help us understand whether pages are available, whether entry points are clear, and where errors occur most often. EJVPN does not use this data to infer activity on other websites. Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings; after clearing them, login status and saved interface preferences may need to be set again.

Orders and Third-Party Payments

EJVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment processing may be handled by the relevant third-party payment service, which transfers and verifies payment credentials and account information under its own rules. EJVPN receives the payment result, order identifier, amount, status, and refund information needed to complete an order, activate a subscription, verify a transaction, handle disputes, and meet financial record obligations.

Third-party payment services are independently responsible for data they obtain directly, and their privacy rules may differ from this policy. Users should read the terms shown on the payment page before paying. EJVPN does not require users to resubmit complete third-party payment credentials on this site.

Data Retention and Security Measures

Account and order data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account, provide subscription services, process refunds, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Usage statistics and operational information are kept only as needed for analytics, security maintenance, and fault analysis; once no longer needed for those purposes, they are deleted, de-identified, or aggregated. Data in backups leaves active availability through the normal backup update process.

EJVPN uses access controls, password digests, transmission protection, and operational reviews to reduce the risk of misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. Users should safeguard their usernames, passwords, and subscription information. If they notice unusual login activity or account changes, they should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Access, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Users can view account, plan, and order information in the user panel. To correct editable data, ask about processing, or request account deletion, submit a request through the ticket portal. To prevent someone else from making a deletion request on the account owner's behalf, EJVPN may first verify control of the account. Orders or dispute records that must be retained by law will be handled after the relevant obligation ends; deleting an account does not affect the validity of completed transactions.

This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes with a significant impact on data handling may also be announced on the site or shown in the user panel. Users can review the updated policy before continuing to use the service.
