Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
EJVPN provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services. These terms explain the service scope, account management, subscription use, refund handling, and the responsibilities of both parties. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. If the user disagrees with any part, they should stop using the relevant services.
Service Content and Scope
EJVPN provides network acceleration through Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux clients, with coverage across 120+ countries / 250+ routes. The regions available for connection, route types, and client features are based on the information shown in the user panel and on the service pages at the relevant time.
The service is intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access, international websites, and online tools. Target websites, application platforms, network operators, and the network environment where the user is located are controlled by their respective parties. EJVPN cannot determine their content, account reviews, regional policies, or access results on their behalf.
Account and Subscription Use
Registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials and subscription information and are responsible for connections, plan changes, and ticket actions made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password and update the relevant configurations promptly.
An active subscription has no device-count limit, but it is intended only for the account holder's devices under their management. An unlimited device count does not permit public sharing, rental, resale, split sales of subscription information, or providing the service to third parties through top-up or managed-operation arrangements. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration exposure, or account risks caused by shared credentials.
Billing, Traffic, and Refunds
Subscription fees may be paid through Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid until used and never expire. Before submitting an order, users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and payment details. After payment, subscription status is available in the user panel.
A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so the relevant order can be verified and processed. The completion time may be affected by the payment method's processing procedures; the order and ticket records determine the applicable status.
Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located, as well as the rules of the websites and applications they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of unlawful content, attacks on network systems, disruption of service operations, bulk transmission of harmful information, or other unlawful activities.
Users must independently determine whether their accessed, published, transmitted, and stored content is lawful. EJVPN does not participate in content transactions, account reviews, or dispute handling between users and third parties. Complaints, claims, or administrative liability arising from a user's conduct are the responsibility of the user who carried out that conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
International routes may be affected by network congestion, operator adjustments, equipment maintenance, natural disasters, public infrastructure failures, or policy changes by third-party platforms. EJVPN may adjust nodes, connection methods, or service configurations to maintain route quality and will restore affected functions within a reasonable scope.
The service does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular website, application, regional content, or third-party account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EJVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by user device configurations, local networks, third-party service interruptions, user-modified client parameters, or events beyond reasonable control.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
If an account involves resale, public sharing, unlawful use, malicious consumption of service resources, system attacks, or serious disruption of other users' connections, EJVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the impact. During a security investigation, the service may first apply necessary temporary restrictions and retain processing records through the user panel.
Users may stop using the service. When a subscription expires, the relevant connection permissions end according to the order status. When these terms need to be revised, the updated version will be published on this page and the update date at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes involving account use, billing, or liability will be indicated in an appropriate location on the site. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised content.
